Identifying & Releasing Blocks

Part One
3.1 Overview of the Module
Welcome to Week 3. This week is all about gently noticing what might be getting in the way of the change you’re wanting. These roadblocks can show up subtly, as hesitation, procrastination, or distractions. Together, we’ll take a closer look at these inner patterns and begin to shift how you perceive them.
As you move forward in this course, you might feel both excitement and resistance. That’s totally normal. Growth often brings us to a crossroads—where one part of you is ready for something new, and another part is still holding on to the familiar, even if it no longer serves you. This can feel like a fork in the road: one path leads toward the life you want, the other keeps you in old survival patterns.
If you're feeling stuck, take a deep breath. Be kind to yourself. It’s okay to go slow. Feel safe and supported in wanting more for your life.
Just keep taking small steps—one at a time.
Part Two
3.2 One Block at a Time
Now that you’ve begun to notice some of the inner roadblocks that might be showing up for you, the next step is to gently choose one that feels most present right now.
Take a quiet moment to reflect:
If I allowed myself to fully have what I want… what seems to be in the way?
You might already have a clear sense of what that is, or it may help to revisit the Identifying Blocks worksheet from last week. To support you further, we’ve also created a new worksheet—One Block at a Time—to help you gently explore and choose one unwanted experience, stuck emotion, or specific situation to focus on in the upcoming change pattern.
This is about taking things one step at a time, with care and compassion for wherever you are right now.
Part Three
3.3 Change Pattern - Shifting Perspective
This next step is where we begin to work with the block you’ve chosen, using a simple and effective NLP-based change pattern, “Shifting Perspective”.
This process is not about changing the past or those involved. It’s about honoring your experience while gently guiding your mind to process it differently. You’ll be shifting how you see this experience on the inside—because when your perspective changes, your emotional response shifts too.
By changing the internal picture or story, even slightly, we can release some of the emotional weight it holds. This creates space for new possibilities, new choices, and a happier relationship with our experience.
Part Four
3.4 22 Questions
These 22 self-reflecting questions are designed to help you uncover the unconscious beliefs that may be shaping your thoughts, behaviors, and experiences. By gently exploring these questions, you'll begin to identify patterns that influence how you approach success, love, money, and other areas of your life. This is an opportunity to bring awareness to those deeper layers, allowing you to see where old beliefs may be holding you back and create space for new, empowering perspectives to emerge.
